Does it work with my theme?
Yes. Add the AI Salesman block to your product template from the theme editor, or switch on the floating button, which works with any theme. No code.
Is it a real person?
No. It’s an AI, and it says so: shoppers see that it’s an AI assistant and that answers can be wrong.
Which languages does it speak?
It replies in the language your shopper speaks. The call window itself comes in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch.
Can I show it only on some products?
Yes. Show it on desktop, mobile or both, and on every product page, only chosen products, or only products in chosen collections.
Will it give away discounts?
Only the codes you switch on, in the situations you choose and on the products you pick. It never makes up a code.
